ESA Letter

If your animal helps you manage anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other emotional or mental health symptoms, you may qualify for an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letter. This letter provides official verification that your animal is part of your emotional care and allows you to request reasonable housing accommodations, even in buildings with “no-pet” policies.

After a brief screening and telehealth evaluation, a U.S.-based licensed U.S. medical professional will issue a personalized ESA Letter that includes the provider’s credentials, signature, and licensing details, along with the required legal language supporting your right to keep your ESA in your home.

This letter is formatted for acceptance by:

  • Landlords
  • Property managers
  • Apartment complexes
  • Housing authorities

Your ESA Letter does not disclose your private medical diagnosis unless you request it. If your housing provider asks for clarification or adjusted wording, we provide revisions at no additional cost.

Delivered securely by email — typically the same day — this letter allows you to confidently request housing accommodation without stress or confrontation.
